Simple Homemade Wraps

Simple Homemade Wraps. This dish I learned from the Greek souvlaki. Souvlaki requires pita crust, like baguette. I rarely buy this crust so I use Tortilla / wraps to roll. This dish is easy to make and make very quickly. Normally we marinate the meat first, divide it into a few servings and then store them in the refrigerator. When you eat, just fry the meat, then roll it up and you can eat it.


  1. 300 grams pork
  2. Few Tortilla wraps leaves
  3. Plain yogurt
  4. Cucumber
  5. Olive oil, pepper, salt, oregano
  6. Purple onion, garlic, carrot
  7. first lemons

Simple Homemade Wraps – Steps

  1. Pork slices marinated with salt, pepper, olive oil, oregano, minced garlic onion and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice for about 15 minutes.

  2. After that, we just fried the meat. Just fry it without adding more oil because it was marinated with oil before.

  3. How to make this standard Greek sauce: pure yogurt mixed with chopped cucumber, minced garlic and a few drops of lemon juice. Mix well just like that, no need to add any spices.

  4. The wraps are sautéed or in the oven for three minutes. After that, we put things on to roll. We are going to roll up with salad, corn, tomatoes, bean sprouts, cucumber, carrot, pork and yogurt and cucumber sauce evenly.

Spread the food evenly over the wraps so that when you take a bite, the meat, vegetables and sauce are all present. That is the fullness. Then cut it in half and enjoy!
